Ps Billy and his wife Sophine have 2 children, Samuel and Samantha.

English Service
Ps Samuel Lee is the pastor of the English Service of Blessed Grace Church. He leads the English service with his core team members.
Ps Samuel is also a gifted musician and worship leader and oversees the worship team of the church.
Pastor Judith Ng
Chinese Service
Pastor Judith Ng oversees the Chinese Service of Blessed Grace Church.

Pastor Jimmy Tng
Hokkien Service
Pastor Jimmy Tng joined Blessed Grace Church on 01 Mar 2018 and oversees the Hokkien Service together with his core team.
He is married to Joann and they have two lovely children.
Sister Loke Yee Suen
Children Ministry
Sis Loke Yee Suen is the lead minister of the Children's Ministry at Blessed Grace Church. The children ministry runs on Saturday and Sunday, concurrently with the Chinese and English services. She leads the main and assistant teachers of the Ministry.
